FIRE-1853 - USA (Kansas) - Fire Safety Services - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire safety services to the government authority located in KS.– Contractor will perform the routine inspection, testing, and maintenance services.– Eleven life safety system categories, together with the severable UPS and stationary battery scope described herein, and will provide repair, recharge, hydrostatic testing, and related services on an as required basis.– All inspection stickers, tags, and verification collars must be placed in a location visible from the normal approach to the equipment.– All service personnel must carry proper identification and use required safety protection.– Work in and around occupied areas must be separated from occupied areas, with work areas and travel routes kept clean and orderly.– All work shall be performed on the premises. Fire extinguishers shall not be removed from service except when necessary; when removal is necessary, a loaner extinguisher shall be provided.– Removed extinguishers must be returned within a 72–hour turnaround; extensive repairs and hydrostatic testing shall require no longer than a 10–day turnaround.– The annual fire extinguisher inspection cycle shall be performed between September and October of each contract year, with approved recharge, hydrostatic test, service and tag, or repair parts service completed at that time.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2026.
