CLEANING-14483 - USA (Urbandale, Iowa) - Custodial Services - Deadline December 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Urbandale, IA.– Perform services, which vary by site, during the time specified and as required by the park shelter rental schedule. – Responsible for servicing restroom consumables including restocking and management of essential hygiene products to maintain sanitary conditions.– This includes refilling paper product, soap, sanitizers and maintaining dispensing equipment. – Hard Surface Floors shall be dust mopped (sweep) prior to mopping with water followed by a damp mop with clean water only. – Pick up/remove any leftover decorations. – Wipe off tables and countertops. – Hard Surface Floors shall be dust mopped (sweep) prior to mopping with water followed by a damp Mop with sanitizing cleaner. – Vacuum carpet/rugs. ▪ Restore chairs and tables back to designated areas. ▪ Pick up/remove any leftover decorations. ▪ Wipe off tables in lobby. ▪ Clean, sanitize and polish drinking fountain. –Spot clean glass, walls, light switches, push plates, and kick plates ▪ Empty all trash containers inside and front entry the rental facility and replace can liners (Community Room, Kitchen, Lobby, Restrooms). ▪ Trash shall be placed in large blue trash cans outside facility. Blue trash cans should be rolled out to the parking lot after the last rental of the weekend. –Vacuum carpet areas. – Sweep and wet mop with sanitizing solution all hard surface floors (front entry, kitchen and both restrooms). – Wipe and clean all counter tops with sanitizing solution. – Spot clean exteriors of appliances (stove, refrigerators, microwave, etc.). – Remove and dispose of items remaining in refrigerator. – Clean all urinals and toilets with bowl cleaner. – Clean all mirrors with glass cleaner. – Spot clean windows with glass cleaner and ensure widows are locked. – Clean all sinks with sanitizing solution. – Empty all feminine hygiene disposal boxes. – Restore chairs and tables back to storage areas. (2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2026.
