The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Project Title project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to, the supervision and labor for the site work, electrical, plumbing, associated materials (including ATS and generators) per the project plans and specifications All work associated with the provision and installation of the natural gas generators will be the responsibility of the contractor selected for the project.
