(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in McMinnville, TN. – A reliable, cost–effective, and high–quality cleaning services provider that will ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for staff, students, and visitors.– Empty trash and replace liners in all rooms and spaces– Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, dispensers, floors)– Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors (in entrance and high–traffic areas)– Check all horizontal surfaces in the reception area daily; dust as needed.– Spot clean walls, doors, and glass– Clean and disinfect high–touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, handrails)– Clean breakrooms and kitchen areas (sinks, counters, tables)– Check all entrances and doors are locked, and alarm is set(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
