(1) Vendor needs to provide servicenow, dynatrace and tanium implementation and integration solutions.– Systems Integrator to plan, design, configure, integrate, test, document, and support an integrated IT Operations capability across ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Tanium, and existing SCCM data sources.– The integrated solution must improve IT operational performance, increase infrastructure and application uptime, identify potential issues before they become outages, reduce manual entry and copying of information between systems, and establish a foundation for AI–assisted operations and automated remediation.– Dynatrace provides observability, event detection, infrastructure/application monitoring, anomaly detection, and root–cause context.– ServiceNow provides workflow, incident management, change control, CMDB/asset context, routing, approvals, auditability, and reporting.– Tanium provides real–time endpoint visibility, patch status, vulnerability data, endpoint health, compliance status, and approved remediation actions.– SCCM provides existing endpoint and configuration data already integrated with ServiceNow.– Establish standard tagging, naming, ownership, environment, application, and service conventions where applicable.– Configure high–value alerts for infrastructure, application, service, dependency, capacity, performance, and availability conditions.– Reduce alert noise through thresholds, maintenance windows, correlation, suppression, deduplication, and service–impact logic.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
