(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communications liaison service.– Marketing and communications contractor to provide comprehensive, year–round visual media, advertising, and promotional support services.– Professional marketing deliverables, including digital and print advertising design, paid media campaign development and placement, and ongoing website and brand support.– Develop and execute multi–channel communication strategies, including social media campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and storytelling initiatives.– Sponsorship and partnership marketing.– Advertising and media planning.   – Digital platforms and website management.– Content marketing and communications.– Brand and creative asset development.– Public relations and stakeholder engagement.– Event marketing and onsite experience.  (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
