DISPOS-9309 - USA (Colorado) - Defunct Equipment and Obsolete Materials Removal Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide defunct equipment and obsolete materials removal services to the government authority located in Colorado. – Items to be removed are outdated or items in disrepair included but not limited to desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and equipment.– Vendors must provide pick up services to all district locations.– The agency will schedule pickup services on a as needed basis.– The agency would require that within 48 hours of receiving a pickup request, the vendor would provide the requester the anticipated lead time for delivery of services.– All items shall be disposed of in accordance with state and federal standards.– Vendor shall recycle all eligible equipment, items, and materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.
