(1) Vendor needs to provide LabWare software to enhance its current LabWare LIMS.– The enhanced (existing) LIMS system will help to ensure the newly developed System will align the capacity of to provide a modernized supply, order, and test reporting standard capable of handling the State’s growing epidemiological needs, as demonstrated during the COVID–19 pandemic.– Must provide details on the software and hardware components they proposed for their system. This includes the proposed server topology, specifications for the hardware components, and data storage components. Respondents should also include details on the tools and utilities used to design, build, test, deploy, report, monitor, and operate the system and its components.– Must describe their approach to integrating the proposed system with other information systems.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on July 16,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(4) A contract term will be for three years.
