(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development specialist services to the government authority located in Estancia, NM.– Economic development specialist provides strategic leadership, management, organization, direction, and supervision of all operations and activities of the agency economic development program.– This individual is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs within Torrance.– This position requires attention to details, ability to work independently and as a team, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi–task and prioritize in a fast–paced setting.– The economic development specialist will work closely with other components of the economicdevelopment, grant program, and other departments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
