Vendor needs to provide professional leadership development services to the government authority located in Verona, NY. – Provide professional learning services focused on leadership work at the district, building, and classroom levels.– Provide a full–day professional learning experience designed to strengthen organizational culture and foster resilience.– This program is intended for a diverse, campus–wide audience, including district and building administrators, teachers, instructional support personnel, Board of Education members, and operational staff from departments including transportation, facilities, and food services.- Deliver an engaging keynote presentation customized to the agency’s mission, strategic priorities, and organizational goals.- Provide practical leadership strategies and habits that are applicable to all employees, regardless of their specific job title or department.- Utilize experiential storytelling, specifically drawing from real–world technical mountaineering and high–risk expedition leadership, to illustrate core principles of trust, communication, teamwork, and navigating uncertainty.- Conduct preparatory planning meetings with District leadership to ensure all content is tailored to the agency’s specific initiatives and current culture.- Demonstrate the clear link between specific leadership behaviors, the resulting organizational culture, and student outcomes.
