Vendor needs to provide registered nurses service to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ. – Outpatient nursing services and floating to other units as needed for nursing services to agency patients. • Ambulatory Care – Develops patient care plans that involve patient assessment and evaluation, interviews patients and family members to evaluate needs, interprets vital findings for emergent care, provides treatments as directed, can instruct/teach patients, and records all observations and interventions in patient health records. – Care of patients with congestive heart failure or other heart conditions, hypertensive disorders, diabetes, infectious diseases, chronic conditions, autoimmune diseases, etc. • Medical Surgical Care – Medical/Surgical Inpatient experience including admission and assessment of patients admitted for acute or chronic disease processes, surgical patients, and palliative care patients including procedures for various isolation requirements
