(1) Vendor needs to provide lobbying services to the government authority located in Springs, CO. – Identify state legislative or executive branch matters of potential importance to the citygovernment of city.– Services will include direct lobbying, consultation with the municipal league, strategic analysis, and communication of interests on behalf of the city.– Provide comprehensive federal lobbying and strategic advisory services to advance the city’s legislative and funding priorities at the federal level.– Provide advice, recommendations, and support services including to correspondence, briefing papers, talking points, written summaries, and materials prepared by or available from the state legislature to the city to develop and implement a timely and efficient process to forecast, screen, assign, review, analyze and respond to legislative matters. – Provide recommendations for proactive actions that will benefit the city.– Direct lobbying, consultation with the municipal league, strategic analysis, and communication of interests on behalf of the city.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
