(1) Vendor needs to provide student experience survey platform. – Provided Student Experience Survey (SES) platform that supports the administration, distribution, collection, analysis, and reporting of student feedback surveys across multiple academic terms.– Solution must support efficient survey administration, faculty access to results, institutional reporting needs, and compliance with university data governance, privacy, accessibility, and security requirements.– Survey Creation and Management:• Ability to create and administer multiple surveys during each academic period.• Ability to configure and modify survey instruments over time while maintaining historical versions.• Ability to utilize question libraries and survey templates.– Survey Distribution and Communications:• Automated survey distribution and scheduling.• Automated reminder notifications and completion campaigns.• Ability to send targeted communications to defined populations.– Survey Response Tracking and Completion Management:• Ability to monitor survey participation and completion rates.• Ability to track completion status across multiple survey periods.– Reporting, Analytics, and Dashboards:• Ability to customize, save, and reuse queries and reports.• Ability to analyze survey trends over time.– Data Management and Integration:• Ability to import data from the University's Student Information System and other institutional systems.• Ability to batch and schedule imports.• Ability to integrate with future institutional systems and services through documented APIs or other supported integration methods.– User Management and Administration:• Role–based access management.• Ability to create multiple user types, including survey administrators, instructors, departmental administrators, and reporting users.• Ability to create and manage custom roles and permissions.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
