(1) Vendor needs to provide day treatment and intensive day treatment service to the government authority located in Hollister, CA. – Therapy may be delivered to a client or group of clients and may include family therapy directed at improving the client’s functioning and at which the client is present.– Psychotherapy: A service activity that is a therapeutic intervention that focuses primarily on symptom reduction and restoration of functioning as a means to improve coping, adaptation and reduce functional impairments, Therapeutic intervention includes the application of cognitive, affective, verbal and nonverbal strategies based on the principles of development, wellness, adjustment to impairment, recovery and resiliency to assist a client in acquiring greater personal, interpersonal and community functioning or to modify feeling, thought processes, conditions, attitudes or behaviors which are emotionally, intellectually, or socially ineffective.– Day treatment and day treatment intensive (DTI) is a structured multi–disciplinary program of therapy as an alternative to hospitalization or to maintain community placement.– Staff must ensure ongoing coordination of care with each client’s current or potential health care providers, including primary care, psychiatry, substance use treatment, and other behavioral health services.– Service includes prescribing, administering, dispensing and monitoring of psychiatric medications or biologicals that are necessary to alleviate the symptoms of mental illness.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
