(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Recommend a preferred treatment approach based on performance, reliability, lowest lifecycle cost, regulatory compliance, site constraints, source blending, operations, and distribution system impacts.– Prepare and maintain a project schedule identifying major milestones, review periods, deliverables, and anticipated regulatory submittals.– Provide regular progress updates, meeting agendas, meeting summaries, and action item tracking. Meetings are to be weekly by web conference unless progress slows or an in–person meeting is recommended.– Identify additional sampling, bench testing, pilot testing, hydraulic analysis, site survey, geotechnical review, electrical assessment, or operational data needed to support treatment evaluation and design.– Develop a planning–level summary of current conditions, regulatory drivers, design flows, treatment objectives, storage and pumping requirements, operational constraints, and project constraints– Coordinate pilot equipment procurement, setup, operation, sampling, analytical testing, troubleshooting, and demobilization, as applicable.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
