(1) Vendor needs to provide federal legislative services to the government authority located in Oceanside, CA. • Identify and develop new discretionary funding opportunities.• Ensure competitive grant applications focus on agency priorities and funding opportunities.• Advocate for specific project and program priorities to be included in agency annual budget requests and work plans.• Focus agency staff on city priorities to ensure timely review and processing of application for grants, permits, records of decisions, and other relevant agency actions.• Monitor legislative and regulatory action and provide timely updates to the city.• Assist the city in engaging directly with legislative and regulatory processes to ensure that support or concerns are known.• Coordinate legislative visits for city officials and complete appropriations request processes.• Provide regular reports to the city on pending and approved legislation, funding requests, etc.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
