(1) Vendor needs to provide construction material testing services to the government authority located in Pomona, NY.– Concrete testing, field technician services for bituminous paving, masonry, steel, and reinforcing steel, field and laboratory testing including report preparation for all testing.– Laboratory testing and analysis of fill materials.– Observations during excavation of building and controlled fill areas.– Laboratory testing of material.– Field sample pick–up per trip.– Footing verification.– Core boring to include patching with high strength non–shrink grout.– Paint adhesion testing.– Bond adhesion test.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 20,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
