The City of Moreno Valley, ("City") invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for 'Project Title - State Grant Funded Project HSIPS-5441 (080). This project was funded by the Highway Safety Improvement Program (grant). This program’s goal is to reduce fatalities and serious injury by applying safety countermeasures. This project will aid in the reduction of accidents.
