Description
The Town of Windsor (“Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified multidisciplinary consulting teams to conduct a comprehensive predevelopment feasibility study for a new affordable housing development serving seniors and persons with disabilities. The Town owns a 4.47-acre parcel adjacent to Mill Brook Village and Fitch Court, two Windsor Housing Authority properties. The site currently includes recreational ballfields. The Town is evaluating the site’s feasibility for senior and disabled affordable housing while identifying alternatives for recreational facilities.
