(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising company service.– Marketing and advertising agencies with prior experience working with government, public safety, or similar organizations to submit proposals for professional services that will support the department’s recruitment initiatives.– Social media and digital support provide guidance on social media strategies.– Creative development minimal graphic design, video production, and photography.– Development of print and digital collateral (flyers, brochures, social media content, web assets).– Recruitment campaigns create targeted campaigns to attract qualified, diverse candidates for sworn positions.– Utilize digital, social media, radio, and print platforms to reach diverse audiences.– Brand and strategy develop and refine messaging that reflects the department’s mission, vision, and values.– Provide brand consistency across platforms and materials.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
