(1) Vendor needs to provide bond underwriting services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Provide serve as senior managing underwriters and co–managing underwriters for future negotiated, publicly marketed bond transactions.– Coordinating with district staff, the district’s municipal advisor, bond counsel, and other financing team members to support the financing schedule and execution of the transaction.– Providing market information and recommendations concerning the timing, structure, pricing, and investor demand for the proposed offering.– Developing and implementing a marketing and distribution strategy to reach appropriate institutional and retail investors.– Performing underwriting due diligence and reviewing offering documents in coordination with the financing team.– Managing or participating in the underwriting syndicate, as assigned, including order collection, allocation, and coordination of sales activities.– Supporting closing and settlement and providing a post–sale report summarizing pricing, investor participation, distribution results, and underwriting compensation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
