Vendor needs to provide visitor assistance program service to the government authority located in Hawaii. – The Contractor shall design, implement, and manage a Visitor Assistance Program for agency that provides timely, coordinated, and compassionate assistance to visitors experiencing emergencies or adverse situations.– The Contractor shall provide services including:1. Direct Visitor Assistance2. Emergency Support Services3. Coordination and Partnerships4. Partner Engagement and Outreach5. Program Administration & Accessibility– Prioritize timeliness, cultural sensitivity, and trauma–informed response– Utilize existing community networks and resources where feasible– Ensure efficient use of funds, including appropriate use of emergency aid resources
