ASM-2548 - USA (Portland, Oregon) - Enterprise Asset Management Business Case and Return on Investment Analysis Services - Deadline June 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise asset management business case and return on investment analysis services to the government authority located in Portland, OR.– Improved asset lifecycle management, maintenance efficiency, warranty recovery and support ofdata–driven decision–making with the result of clearly reduced operational costs and optimizedasset performance, maintenance and replacement cycles.– Update inventory of existing asset management practices, processes and technologies.– Financial modeling and analysis.– Business case development.– Create a compelling visual and narrative–driven document suitable for executive leadership with clear decision–support information about the recommended approach and compare and contrast to a no build and up to one other option.– Create a matrix of existing asset information systems and processes and associated functions.– Prepare technical specifications including hardware, software, data conversion, migration, customizations, interfaces and integrations, etc.– Procurement assistance for system implementation and integration (SI) services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.(3) A virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on June 9, 2026.
