(1) Vendor needs to provide E–Learning service to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA. – Provide full–service e–learning designer and developer who possesses abilities consistent with e–learning best practices and industry standards to produce four (4) continuing legal education courses.– The chosen vendor will design and develop educational content (Content) into an engaging e– learning product (Product) and experience consistent with the best practices and current trends in the industry.– The Product should be in a Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) or an industry standard alternative that is compatible with the State Bar’s existing Learning Management System (LMS), including LMS tracking of course completion and other data collection and reporting functions.– The vendor shall follow a structured development process that includes instructional design, storyboard development, prototype review, course production, testing, and final delivery, as applicable to each project.– The Product must function correctly on desktop and mobile devices using the current major version and the three preceding major versions of Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome, where those browser versions are available for the applicable operating system and device.– The vendor shall deliver all final products and associated editable source files in their native formats, including storyboards, scripts, assessments, graphics, audio, video, animations, and other materials developed for the project.– The project, updating and developing e–learning courses, consists of different topics,where each topic is contained in one or more modules.– Vendors must provide up to three (3) examples of outlines, worksheets, storyboards, content–development templates, or review portals used to help clients organize source materials and provide feedback on deliverables.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
