(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Hudson, WI. – Clean elevator interiors, including walls, doors, rails, and control panels.– Dust and wipe conference tables and chairs. – Clean toilets, including bowls, seats, rims, and bases.– Spot vacuum carpeted seating and adjacent carpeted areas.– Clean partition walls and doors.– Vacuum entry mats.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
