(1) Vendor needs to provide go human safety strategies. • Project management and administration:– Project kick–off meeting.– Monthly Project Management Team (PMT) meetings.– Monthly consultant reporting and invoicing.– Project files.• Community streets grants implementation: provide end–to–end technical assistance for the implementation of a minimum of fifteen agency grants in the region.– Provides grant funding to support projects that implement traffic safety strategies including messaging, education, engagement activities, leadership development, community assessment or resource distribution.• Kit of parts management and deployment implementation:– Provide end–to–end technical assistance to local agencies or community–based organizations to conduct twenty–five Kit of parts temporary demonstration projects.– Deployments shall be prioritized in the right–of–way, and may take place in closed environments, such as open streets events.• Co–branded safety advertisements:– Go human provides printed and digital safety advertisements at no cost to local jurisdictions and community organization partners for use in local traffic safety and community engagement campaigns.– Go human advertisements feature stakeholder–tested messages, and partners may request a custom message, contingent on the approval of agency.– Campaigns shall occur within the contract period, with consideration for alignment with the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic games–related planning efforts and community events.– Messages can appear in English, Spanish, Chinese (Traditional), Vietnamese, Korean, Tagalog, and other languages spoken in the region where appropriate to the audience and community.– Translated messages should be reviewed by native speakers for quality control.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
