ITB #26078 - Robinswood Playground

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Demolition and removal of existing playground equipment, clearing and grading, new connections to existing stormwater pipes, domestic water line extension, new 2-5 year old playground installation with engineered wood fiber mulch and artificial turf safety surfacing, new 5-12 year old playground installation with engineered wood fiber mulch, artificial turf safety surfacing, and drainage improvements, prefabricated steel shelter installation, concrete and asphalt paving, portable restroom enclosure, new ornamental planting, modifications to and expansion of an existing irrigation system. Engineer's Estimate Range $970,000 - $1,030,000.
