Vendor needs to provide energy auditor services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Maintain document integrity via the agency –managed file management site.– Respond to inquiries from the agency regarding CSE findings throughout the renovation process as needed.– Prepare and submit a complete CSE work product that includes all required field data, diagnostic testing results, photo documentation, energy model outputs, identified health and safety deficiencies, and sufficient information to support development of a construction–ready scope of work.– Ensure all submitted data is complete, accurate, timely, and suitable for use by multiple funding partners. Vendors may be required to correct deficiencies identified during quality assurance reviews.– Coordinate with staff, estimators, construction managers, and other program partners as necessary to clarify inspection findings and support project development throughout the renovation process.– Maintain confidentiality of homeowner information and securely manage all project documentation in accordance with program requirements. All inspection data, photographs, reports, models, field notes, and other work products developed under this contract shall become the property of the agency upon submission.
