(1) Vendor needs to provide baled recycling service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.• Materials will be loaded, by landfill employees, as bales once inventory is acquired onto vendors choice of transportation.1. We have certified scales that the truck would need to get their empty weight on first and then they can move to our loading dock.2. It typically takes roughly 45 minutes to go back and forth at the scales and to the recycling loading dock for loading and then down the road.3. Inventory of materials on hand as of 09/14/26 are as follows 1. OCC (old corrugated cardboard): 300–330 +/– = 10+/–Trailer Loads2. Baled PET (thin drink bottle plastics numbers 1): 36 +/– = 1 Trailer Load3. Baled Mixed Plastics #1–7 (1–7 which is all plastics combined): 96 +/– = 4 Trailer Loads4. Baled HDPE Natural: 32+/– = 1 Trailer Load(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
