(1) Vendor needs to provide interim employment agency services to immediately step into the position of interim human resource (HR) director to the government authority located in Port Angeles, WA.– The Director of Human Resources provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all human resources functions across College.– This role ensures alignment of HR practices with institutional goals, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and the cultivation of an inclusive, equitable, and high–performing workplace.A. Strategic Leadership• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the college’s mission, vision, and strategic plan• Advise the President and fellow Cabinet members on HR policies and organizational developmentB. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning• Direct recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for faculty, staff, and administrators• Ensure equitable and inclusive hiring practicesC. Employee & Labor Relations• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions• Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements for two unionsD. Compensation & Benefits• Develop and manage compensation structures, salary schedules, and classification systems• Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave administration(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
