CSE-24348 - USA (Colorado) - Install IP Cameras and Infrastructure Service - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide install IP cameras and infrastructure service to the government authority located in Colorado. – Analog cameras and CCTV analog systems are no longer supported by vendors, and the technology has migrated to digital IP technology. – Adding digital IP technology to the existing analog camera systems is not an option.– In many locations, cameras are original to the installation of the video system and are at the end of the life cycle for security systems.– The existing analog camera systems are utilized continually by Program to monitor patients, clients and juveniles.– These systems are mission critical to the wellbeing and safety of both staff and patients.– All existing analog camera systems are well beyond their useful life span and near impossible to replace.– Services shall include site assessment, system design, equipment procurement, cabling, installation, integration with existing security and network infrastructure, testing, and staff training– Must ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, State IT and security standards, and agency policies.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 31, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
