(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown parking study service to the government authority located in Bridgeport, CT. – To develop a Parking Master Plan that seeks to optimize parking operations and land utilization within Downtown.– A baseline parking conditions evaluation will serve to identify the current strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.– Prospective consultants are encouraged to propose additional scoping items and alternative approaches to developing the Plan.– The consultant is expected to work closely with the Town Community and Economic Development Department, Department of Public Works, Police Department, Parking Department, Planning Department, Engineering Department, Building Department, and other key stakeholders throughout the study process.– Baseline Parking Conditions Evaluation– Engagement– Zoning Regulations and Parking Codes and Ordinances Review– Develop Parking Master Plan(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
