(1) Vendor needs to provide labor and employment counsel services to the government authority located in Bronx, NY.– Review, analyze and negotiate collective bargaining agreements;– Attend, as required, meetings with management, unions, counsel, and occasionally, the board of directors;– Appear for the Company in arbitration proceedings arising out of collective bargaining agreements, including grievances relating to disciplinary actions;– Assist in preparing disciplinary charges, termination notices and related correspondence;– Provide guidance on interpretation of applicable state, federal and county labor laws.– Review, prepare and update employment policies and handbooks and other documents useful or necessary in the conduct of the Company’s business;– Develop and present training and educational programs on employment and management related policies and topics.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
