West Main & Herron Terminal Additions (Construction Project) A mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on July 14, 2026, at the GRDA Transmission & Engineering Headquarters, 635 Hwy 69A, Pryor, OK 74362 at 10:30 AM Central Time. Following the pre-bid meeting, a GRDA representative will be available at the jobsite for vendors to visit to understand site conditions, access conditions, and overall project layout. Failure of a prospective Bidder to attend the pre-bid meeting will disqualify them from being able to submit a bid. All statements made by GRDA at the job site examination meeting are informational only, and the terms of the final Contract (if any) between GRDA and the prevailing Bidder will control.
