(1) Vendor needs to provide administrative services to the government authority located in Fall River, MA. – Provide development and implementation of urban renewal plans, project permitting, real estate negotiations, property acquisition including eminent domain takings and real estate development financing.– Implementing its urban renewal plans.– Tracking development plans for the street corridor waterfront development – advocating for quality and consistency with the master plan and for quality maintenance of the new landscape and infrastructure in the short– and long–term and taking steps to address parking solutions.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 23, 2026.
