(1) Vendor needs to provide maternal child health needs assessment services to the government authority located in Muskegon, MI.– Conduct the first comprehensive, county–specific maternal child health (MCH) needs assessment.– Develop an assessment approach and work plan.– Identify appropriate quantitative and qualitative data sources and methods for gathering community output.– Collect, compile, and analyze relevant maternal and child health data for county.– Review available demographic, health outcome, social determinant, service utilization, and other relevant data.– Engage key stakeholders, community organizations, service providers, and community members to identify needs, barriers, gaps in services, and community priorities.– Develop a comprehensive written MCH needs assessment report summarizing the methodology, data findings, community input, identified priorities, service gaps, and recommendations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
