SW-120533 - South Africa - Integrated Data Management System Design, Build and Support Service - Deadline October 28,2026

Vendor needs to provide integrated data management system design, build and support service. – Design, build, migrate data into, and support an integrated data management system that brings together agency’s monitoring, evaluation, learning (MEL) and reporting information, currently held across a growing number of disconnected spreadsheets and tracking tools, into a single, connected architecture.– Design and build a system that houses agency’s full, multi–funder results framework as structured, verifiable data, rather than an ever–widening spreadsheet.– Establish and maintain a shared data dictionary of common definitions, terms and categories, for example what counts as a person “trained” versus “surveyed”, and consistent area, site and programme–phase names, so that information captured or reported anywhere in the system means the same thing across all of agency’s programmes.– Support disaggregation of indicators by implementation area and by programme phase, keeping genuinely different phases and cohorts separately verifiable as well as in combination.– Record, for every indicator value, its source of verification, collection method, validation status and change history, so figures used in donor reports, funding proposals and Board packs are always traceable to a single, current source.– Ensure the data reporting dashboards can also pull specific data needed for funding applications.
