(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Chesnee, SC. – Provide professional architectural and engineering design services for the potential new construction, additions, renovations, and facility improvement projects.– Provide professional design services for a new pk–8 school with a planned capacity of approximately 1,700 students.– Provide design services for additions and renovations at elementary schools throughout the district to accommodate enrollment growth and operational needs.– Provide professional design services for a new district administrative office facility to be constructed on existing district–owned property.– Provide design services for renovations, additions, and improvements to athletic facilities at middle and high schools throughout the district.– Provide professional architectural and engineering design services for a future elementary school.– Provide professional architectural and engineering design services for a future middle school.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
