(1) Vendor needs to provide community development block grant disaster recovery mobile home replacement program services to the government authority located in Colorado.1. Pre–construction services:– Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.– Obtain or subcontract specialized environmental services, including asbestos inspections and radon testing or mitigation, when required by the project scope or applicable regulations.– Provide brochures, product information and cost estimate.– Develop project schedules and installation plans.2. Site preparation:– Demolish and remove existing mobile homes.– Prepare building pads and grading.– Install foundations, piers, and anchoring systems.3. Mobile home installation:– Transport and install replacement manufactured homes.– Connect electrical, water, sewer, gas, and other utilities.– Complete finish work necessary for occupancy.4. Project closeout:– Coordinate inspections.– Address punch list items.– Provide warranty documentation.– Deliver owner orientation materials.– Submit final project documentation to county.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
