Auditing Services

a. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority) is soliciting interested parties to perform auditing services for the Aviation Authority. The Aviation Authority intends to select the Proposer that it deems to be the most highly qualified to perform the required services after considering the evaluation criteria, in its exclusive discretion. The selected Proposer shall perform, for and on behalf of the Aviation Authority, auditing and related services requested b. The Agreement period, if an Agreement is awarded following the Solicitation process, will be for a three year term, with two renewal options of one-year each subject to mutual agreement, with the initial service to commence on or about September 1, 2024. The agreement between the successful Respondent and the Aviation Authority will be non-exclusive. c. The Aviation Authority has established a combined Small Business Participation Goal of 17% for Minority and Women Business Enterprise, Local Developing Business, and/or Veteran Business Enterprise.
