(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive site investigation services to the government authority located in Erie, NY. – This investigation is to identify environmental liabilities, assess soil and foundation conditions, and evaluate infrastructure capacity to determine viable future building options.– Environmental site assessment – Geotechnical investigation– Boundary and topographic survey– Utility and infrastructure assessment– Utility mapping verify the exact location, invert elevations, and capacities of existing water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and electrical lines on the property and in adjacent streets. – Topographic mapping deliver a detailed topographic survey with 1–foot contour intervals, including the location of adjacent sidewalks, rights–of–way, and curb cuts.– Infiltration testing perform field infiltration testing to assess the site’s capability for stormwater management systems.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
