(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage service to the government authority located in DeKalb, GA.– Vendor may promote and market their food and beverage service for general public dining during daily operational hours.– Mobile Beverage/Snack CartBoth facilities provide a mobile beverage and snack cart for vendor’s use.– Parties and Banquet Services.The Concessionaire may coordinate and host both parties and banquet services at both facilities during daily operating hours as long as food and beverage service (including seating) is still available for golfers.(2) All question must be submitted no late than September 18, 2026.
