Description
The County of Volusia is seeking the services of professional contractors to provide roof repair and maintenance. The scope of work for this solicitation shall include the types of roof repair work identified in the Section entitled Guidelines for Roof Repair. This work may consist of wood, tile, fiberglass, rubber, torch-down, insulation, shingles, and metal replacement and/or repair. All repair work and materials shall be in accordance with current Florida Building Code, manufacturer’s specifications, and accepted roofing practices. All repair work shall be permanent and water tight.
