(1) Vendor needs to provide guardianship services to the government authority located in PA. – Performing guardianship duties on behalf of the inmate as needed, and in a timely manner.– Performing guardianship duties as assigned by the court or required by law.– Conducting monthly face–to–face visits with the inmate. – Communicating with the agency about inmate issues and responding to the agency's questions regarding medical concerns.(2s) The contract period will be for one year.
