INSU-6326 - USA (Tacoma, Washington) - Commercial Lines Insurance Broker Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial lines insurance broker services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA.– Provide ongoing brokerage services in consideration of the annual base fee.– Brokerage services and insurance management:– Contractor shall design, negotiate, and implement all renewals for agency property and casualty insurance program, including bonds and any related coverages.– Contractor shall review all insurance policies and shall ensure that all terms, conditions, and coverage limits conform to negotiated agreements and the agency requirements.– Contractor shall conduct an annual stewardship meeting and provide a written report summarizing services performed, market conditions, and program performance.– Advisory services and risk exposure recommendations:– Contractor shall evaluate risk transfer options across all applicable policies and shall provide written recommendations.– provide benchmarking data and analysis relevant to the agency risk exposures and insurance coverage.– Loss control services:– Contractor shall coordinate loss control services provided by insurance carriers and facilitate communication between agency and such carriers.– Claims assistance:– Contractor shall assist in the management of claims, as requested by agency, including providing coverage analysis and coordinating with assigned adjusters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
