CONS-22096 - USA (Malden, Massachusetts) - Route 60 Redesign Service - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Route 60 redesign service to the government authority located in Malden, MA. – The selected designer shall prepare all presentation materials and facilitate the meetings as necessary. – The selected designer shall provide meeting summaries with action items for all meetings and shall distribute those to all members of the City and consultant team within seventy–two (72) hours after the meeting.– The selected designer must provide a robust public engagement plan as a part of its proposal that guides the City and its residents through the design process.– The selected designer will be required to develop and submit for approval a project design schedule and monthly updates• Conduct field observations to observe existing conditions and gather information relating to roadway and pathway intersections.• Conduct a comprehensive parking study to further inform Route 60 redesign.• Develop a quick–build improvement plan based on the pre–25% design and results of the comprehensive parking study.• Review most recent crash data and confirm additional safety concerns through coordination with Malden Police and state records, with all associated costs included in the consulting fee.• Prepare an accompanying preliminary design cost estimate based on the latest project information, including preliminary right of way (ROW) plans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
