(1) Vendor needs to provide association management services to the government authority located in Maryland. – provide comprehensive executive leadership, management, and administrative services that support the Society's mission, strategic priorities, and long–term sustainability.– The selected Association Management Companies (AMCs) will be expected to provide strategic counsel, operational excellence, financial stewardship, governance support, membership services, meeting management, technology leadership, and administrative services that enable the agency to fulfil mission and deliver exceptional value to its members.• Provide executive–level administrative support to the President, Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other leadership groups designated by the Board.• Coordinate and attend all meetings of the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Program Committee, and other committees as requested, whether conducted in person or virtually.• Prepare meeting agendas in collaboration with Society leadership and distribute meeting materials sufficiently in advance to support informed discussion and decision–making.• Record, prepare, and distribute accurate meeting minutes and maintain a tracking system for Board and committee action items to ensure timely follow–up and implementation.• Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, virtual meeting platforms, registration, and supporting materials.• Maintain complete and secure records of Board and committee meetings, official actions, governing documents, and other organizational records in an accessible electronic repository.• Support the recruitment, orientation, and onboarding of new Board and committee members and facilitate leadership transitions to promote organizational continuity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2026.
