FIRE-1987 - USA (Colorado) - Fire Alarm System Replacement and Voice Evacuation System Installation Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm system replacement and voice evacuation system installation services to the government authority located in CO. • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to:– Replace an existing fire alarm system – Install a new voice evacuation fire alarm system• Removal: Remove and properly dispose of all existing fire alarm panels, devices, and associated infrastructure• Design and engineering:– Provide a complete system design for a voice evacuation fire alarm system– Include speaker layout and audibility/intelligibility calculations• Equipment and installation:– Voice–capable Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) – Digital voice command center – Amplifiers and backup amplifiers – Distributed audio panels (if required) – Speaker/strobe notification appliances – Firefighter’s microphone and paging capability – Remote annunciators• Voice evacuation requirements:– Pre–recorded emergency messages – Live paging capability for emergency personnel• Integration:– HVAC shutdown – Elevator recall (if applicable) – Interface with existing building systems • Testing and commissioning(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026.
