CSE-24914 - USA (Newport News, Virginia) - Unarmed Security Services - Deadline November 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide unarmed security services to the government authority located in Newport News, VA. – Furnish trained security personnel to maintain an overnight security presence during periods of reduced agency staffing. – Services will support airport operations, public safety and security through camera monitoring, routine patrols, incident observation, documentation, reporting and timely notification of appropriate airport or emergency personnel.• Provide two (2) unarmed security officers per shift for coverage generally during the hours of 2000 to 0430.• Monitor cameras and surveillance systems and promptly report suspicious, unsafe, or unauthorized activity.• Conduct routine and irregular patrols of airport property and the terminal area complex using vehicle patrols, foot patrols and all available cameras to deter trespassing, theft, vandalism and other security concerns.• Maintain an observe–and–report posture and document incidents, unusual activity, and patrol findings in a timely and professional manner.• Provide consistent communication, maintain shift accountability, and ensure all incidents are escalated in accordance with site and airport procedures.• Maintain sufficient number of prequalified backup personnel• Ensure backup personnel have completed required background checks• Ensure those personnel have completed airport provided orientation/training (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
