(1) Vendor needs to provide national solar, energy storage and AI infrastructure development services to the government authority located in New Jersey and initial geographic focus on New York, Massachusetts, Maryland, Illinois and Ohio.– Provide turnkey solar development, battery energy storage, AI infrastructure, engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), financing, consulting, and related professional services for renewable energy projects identified by agency throughout its operating territory.– Multi–state renewable energy, battery storage, and advanced infrastructure development Initiative.– Responsibilities may include, but are not Limited to• Preliminary site review• Engineering assessments• Utility coordination• Financial analysis• Incentive identification• Permitting support• Construction management• Equipment installation• Commissioning• Operations and maintenance• Power Purchase Agreements (PPA)• Lease Agreements• Community Solar Structures• Third–Party Ownership Models• Battery Revenue Procurements• Lease Agreements• Community Solar Structures• Third–Party Ownership Models• Battery Revenue Procurements• Utility Incentive Procurements• Tax Credit Structures• Other Funding Mechanisms(2) Each proposal shall include a proposal security bond in the amount of five thousand dollars or letter of intent included.
